I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a big balcony with an amazing view, creating a cozy atmosphere. The service was top-notch, from the cleaners to the management, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Although the dining options were somewhat limited, the overall experience was delightful. The location was perfect, with easy access to four beautiful beaches within walking distance and just a short bus ride to Chania town center.
This hotel offers a wonderful stay with its amazing rooms and exceptional service, but there are a few drawbacks. The location is superb for beach lovers, and the staff goes above and beyond to assist guests. However, the dining options leave something to be desired, and the view from the balcony is truly breathtaking.
